We can help you design a program with your own personalized fitness plan and throw in regular communication with a fitness coach to insure you reach your fitness goals. We have cardio kick fit boot camps, personalfitness training, and a variety of cardio classes to get you into the shape you have always wanted to be in. Early morning and evening hours are in place to make healthly living fit into your busy lifestyle. Check out a few of our options below.
- Personal Training - Your National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified trainer is there for you to help you reach your goals whether it is to start a new fitness plan or to get past that fitness plateau you've reached. - Cardio Kick Boot Camp - This fun and innovative boot camp combines cardio kickboxing with the challenge of circuit training for a total body workout that will give you the results you are looking for. * Please Note:For safety, we limit the size of individual classes. While space available drop ins are welcome during evening sessions, we strongly recommend that pre-registered individuals reserve a spot during their favorite days and times. - Belly Dance for Fitness- 30 minutes of belly dance fitness that combines belly dance moves with a definite cardio blast.
